Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Groupvie membership features unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Premium membership
Premium membership is billed for the period shown at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, Premium access is activated or extended for the paid period.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal when supported by the payment flow. Cancellation normally keeps Premium active until the current paid period ends.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once Premium features are activated, except where required by law, duplicate payment occurred, technical billing error occurred, or Groupvie decides otherwise case by case.
No refund for user disputes
Groupvie does not provide refunds for disputes between users, item condition, failed transactions outside Groupvie, event dissatisfaction, meetup issues, lack of sales, or failure to use the service.
Policy changes
Groupvie may change this Refund Policy at any time, with or without prior notice, for legal, payment gateway, operational, or business reasons.
