What is Groupvie?
Groupvie is a local classified ads and event discovery platform for selling, buying, renting, looking for rent, and events.
Is Groupvie responsible for transactions or meetups?
No. Groupvie provides publishing and discovery tools. Users are responsible for their own listings, transactions, communications, safety, and event decisions, except where applicable law says otherwise.
How many event listings can I post?
Free members can post up to 2 event listings per calendar month. Premium members can post up to 4 event listings per calendar month. Admin may adjust these limits.
What does Premium include?
Premium includes a custom profile link, clickable website/social links, and clickable links in listing descriptions. Premium does not include payment gateway ownership or guaranteed results.
Can creators download follower emails?
No. Follower email download is disabled for Free and Premium creators. Notifications are sent through Groupvie when followers keep notifications enabled.
How does event QR attendance work?
After joining an event, users can receive a QR ticket. Attendance QR validation is valid before event start until 6 hours after event start. Duplicate scans do not add duplicate attendance points.
Can I cancel joining an event?
Yes, if attendance has not already been confirmed. Use the dashboard joined-events table to cancel your join.
Can rules change?
Yes. Groupvie may change features, limits, policies, or terms with or without notice for legal compliance, safety, abuse prevention, improvement, growth, or operations.
