Safety Notice

Use caution when buying, selling, renting, attending events, or meeting offline through Groupvie.

Transaction safety

  • Verify identity, item details, prices, and payment methods.
  • Avoid sending money before sufficient verification.
  • Prefer public meetup locations where possible.
  • Do not share passwords, OTPs, PINs, or unnecessary sensitive data.

Event safety

  • Check the organizer, venue, time, fees, and event rules.
  • Attendance QR is only a convenience tool, not a safety guarantee.
  • Leave immediately if a situation feels unsafe.

Reporting problems

You can report without logging in. Email is optional and evidence images can be uploaded. Certain reports may be routed to admin, legal, or the abuse team for follow-up.

Emergencies

For real emergencies, contact local emergency services or authorities first. Groupvie is not a real-time emergency response service.
